a bit about me:

I’m a caregiver for three members of my family. I’m advocate for adult children caregivers with careers, the LGBTQ+ community and those aging in place. My passion is to educate , empower and serve as a sound resource for anyone caring for a loved one.

Isolation, depression, intergenerational and cultural concepts are just few subjects that need to be addressed to be the best advocate for a loved one.
